Chlorine Dioxide Generator from 8 to 20 G/H

LOTUS MINI system produces, doses and controls Chlorine Dioxide forwater disinfection.

Chlorine Dioxide is produced from diluted base chemicals: acid-chloriteprocess by Hydrochloric Acid (HCl 9%) and Sodium Chlorite (NaClO27,5%).

Chlorine dioxide produced by LOTUS MINI is set to be proportional tothe circulating water flow or based on a set-point – it is then dosedinto the water flow. There is no storage of chlorine dioxide hence nochlorine dioxide gas or concentrated solutions exist outside of theprocess application.

LOTUS MINI is designed to produce chlorine dioxide in a reactionchamber.

Multi function valves on the injection points ensure the security of thereaction chamber.

The base chemicals are stored in tanks and fed into the reaction chamberthrough suction lances. Integrated level switches automatically stopthe pumps when the tanks are empty.
